Rick Smith

Rick has been in the mortgage industry for 39 years and has helped thousands of people realize their dream of homeownership. He has also been instrumental with providing financing for investors and second home purchasers. Rick attended Michigan State University with an emphasis on Finance and Psychology.  He has received numerous awards over the years and has been named a top mortgage producer several times over the span of his career. Rick was also named the Affiliate of the Year by the Realtor’s Association of Maui. He has served on the boards of several non-profit organizations. One fun fact about Rick is that he was one of the top disco D.J.s in the U.S.
