Steven Mangum

Born and raised in California, it was Hawaii’s year-round surf and sun that lured Steven Mangum to Maui after beginning his mortgage career in 2003. His experience with a fast-growing Irvine, California brokerage firm served him well as he landed a management position in 2004 with a Hawaii mortgage company. In 2007, he decided to take the leap and launched Pacific Home Loans where he continues to lead the company successfully through the many changes in the mortgage industry.

Consistently a top residential mortgage producer, Steven has closed more than 1,500 home loans in Hawaii and California. He believes in the importance of always being readily available to his clients and serving them with the highest level of expertise.

He maintains his NMLS (Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System) license which requires rigorous testing and continuous education in addition to background and credit checks. Steven also remains an active member of both the National Association of Mortgage Brokers (NAMB) and the Hawaii Association of Mortgage Brokers (HAMB), attending conferences and classes to keep him at the forefront of the trends in the mortgage industry.
