The Kaiāulu o Kūku′ia affordable apartment project in West Maui is now accepting applications for its waitlist. Starting on June 24th, 2024 at 9 am individuals can submit their applications. A lottery will take place on August 20th to determine the order of applicant processing.
This project offers a range of unit sizes, including 2, 3, and 4 bedrooms. It is anticipated that occupancy will occur between November 2024 and April 2025.

Priority will be given to Maui County residents displaced by the 2023 wildfires.
Income limits and rents are subject to change.
