Conforming Loan Limits in Maui 2024

The Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA), Fannie Mae, and Freddie Mac recently announced the maximum conforming loan limits 2024.

In Hawaii (including Maui County), the 2024 maximum conforming loan limits are the following:   

• One-unit properties are $1,125,000
• Two-unit properties are $1,440,450
• Three-unit properties are $1,741,125
• Four-unit properties are $2,163,900

In Hawaii (including Maui County), the 2023 maximum conforming loan limits are the following:   

• One-unit properties are $1,089,390
• Two-unit properties are $1,394,775
• Three-unit properties are $1,685,850
• Four-unit properties are $2,095,200
